FirstService Willliams arranges 25,000 s/f lease

FirstService Williams Connecticut has arranged a 25,000 s/f lease on behalf of consumer products firm Blyth, Inc. at One East Weaver St. The new lease will commence in September. Jacqueline Pinyan-Durels, senior managing director, and managing director Joshua Gopan of FirstService Williams represented Blyth. Lee Feld of Feld Real Estate represented the lessor, Omnicom.
