Greg Klemmer, principal of Klemmer Associates, president of SIOR NE Chapter, has been an active broker for 23 years, specializing in the industrial and office markets north of Boston. In 1999, he founded Klemmer Associates LLC with partners Chub Whitten and Peter Brown. Since the company's inception, Klemmer has been involved in completing over 8.2 million s/f of real estate transactions valued at over $458 million. Klemmer is the CBA 2009 Broker of the Year and Industrial Deal of the Year recipient.
