Brokers David Choate and Rebecca Lee of the firm's Portsmouth office represented the owner, Wenberry Associates, LLC, and assisted the lessee. Orbis, Inc. is a woman-owned technology services company. The lease, which commences this month, fills all of the remaining space in the building formerly housing Bottomline Technologies.
