Burgess of Burgess Properties, Inc. reps. Geriatric Medical in $2.7m sale

Burgess Properties, Inc. and CB/Richard Ellis have brokered the sale of the former Romar Industries building at 28 Torrice Dr. for $2.7 million. Phillip Burgess of Burgess Properties, Inc. represented the buyer, an affiliate of Everettbased Geriatric Medical & Surgical Supply, while Mark Reardon and Jake Borden of CB/Richard Ellis represented the seller, RNM Associates Woburn LP Geriatric Medical will be relocating its entire operation from Everett to Woburn later this summer. The move represents a significant expansion for the company and places it in an ideal location for distribution to its many customers while allowing for continued growth.
