CBRE facilitates $2.7m sale of 46,000 s/f whse./dist. facility

CB Richard Ellis/New England has facilitated the sale of 28 Torrice Dr., a 46,000 s/f warehouse ditribution facility to 395 West Third Street Trust for $2.7 million or $58.70 per s/f. CBRE's Mark Reardon, executive vice president/partner; Jason Levendusky, first vice president; and Jake Borden, senior associate, represented the seller, RNM Associates Woburn LP. 395 West Third Street was represented by Philip Burgess of Burgess Properties.
