Oasis Development has signed a 12 year lease with Clean Harbors for a 32,500 s/f building located at 101 Philip Dr. Michael Moynihan of Wight & Company, Inc. represented the owner and procured the tenant in this lease transaction. The building is adjacent to Clean Harbors corporate headquarters and will provide additional office space and training. The building is part of the net lease portfolio which Oasis Development purchased in 2004.
