The Quonset Development Corp. Board has authorized the $1.75 million sale of a 10-acre parcel at Quonset Business Park to Nickol Commercial, Inc. an Atlanta based development company. Nickol plans to build a 150,000 s/f mixed-use business and industrial facility for single or multi-tenant use.
