According to R. W. Holmes Realty Co., Inc., 49 Maple St. has been sold to Milford LLC for $2.65 million. 49 Maple St. is a 53,400 s/f R&D, light manufacturing building. Milford LLC will use the building for its related companies. Arthur Amadei and John Eysenbach of R. W. Holmes Realty Co. Inc. represented the buyer while Jeff Hamilton of CB Richard Ellis-NE represented the seller.
