Cregan represented the seller, DBS Development LLC and procured SuperMedia, Idolce and Orton & Daley. Cregan worked with Pete Hayes from Hayes & Sherry on the DeWolf Chemical transaction and with Tony Caner from Grubb & Ellis on the Wells Fargo transaction.
