Centro Properties Group executed a 33,404 s/f lease with Ocean State Job Lot at Water Tower Plaza located south of Hwy. 2 on the southeast corner of North Main St. (Hwy. 12) and Hamilton St. Centro Properties Group is the owner of Water Tower Plaza and was represented by Mark Potter of Centro Properties Group.
