Exotic 9 Nails Corp., owned and operated by Vu Anh Nguyen and Thu Pham, has leased 1,100 s/f at 30 Crystal Ave., Rte. 28. The building was purchased by Garrett DeBlois, and was remodeled with a new façade, glass storefront windows and outdoor patio. Harry Shea of Shea Commercial Properties represented the tenant and the landlord, 30 Crystal Ave. LLC.
