Legal Sea Foods will open a new restaurant at 242 Northern Ave. Roger Berkowitz, owner of Legal Sea Foods, signed an agreement to construct a two-level 21,400 s/f restaurant which will include two 9,200 s/f levels and a 3,000 s/f lounge on the roof.
