Nesson as exclusive marketing agent represented the owner, Al Zack, and the buyer, attorney Elizabeth McMahon, was represented by Old Stone Realty. The corner property will be used as a new space for her law firm. The current tenant, a vintage clothing business, is remaining in the balance of the building. The property is within walking distance of the Branford Green and town hall with access to I-95 and Rte. 1.
