NAI Hunneman recently brokered 18,394 s/f of office and manufacturing space lease to Terrafugia, Inc. at 23 Rainin Rd.
Mike McCarthy, assistant vice president and David Gilkie, senior vice president of NAI Hunneman, represented the tenant, Terrafugia, a developer of the Transition Roadable Aircraft, or "Flying Car." Brad Spencer of Grubb & Ellis represented the landlord, Mack Investors, Inc.
"We're very pleased to find the perfect space for our client." said McCarthy. "The building is conveniently located in close proximity of both Rte. 128 and I-93 and provides Terrafugia with the infrastructure it needs to be up and running very quickly."
