According to Stephen Press, SIOR, principal of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services, Albert Scafati, senior commercial advisor, has leased 2,680 s/f of commercial retail space at 1715 Foxon Rd. to New Alliance Bank. New Alliance Bank has various locations throughout New England. Upon completion of tenant improvements, New Alliance Bank is expected to open its doors in the first quarter of 2011. Scafati represented the landlord, 3308 Whitney Avenue, LLC, while Jeffrey Solek, of William M. Hotchkiss Co., represented the tenant.
