The building, located on 1 acre with road footage, includes four rental units plus a two-bedroom apartment. Cook Sanborn was the seller of the property. The property was sold to a New Hampshire developer. "The land and building is located directly across the street from Funspot and enjoys maximum visibility with an excellent traffic count," said DiGangi.
