Michael Jacobs, principal of Glickman Kovago and Company, recently completed a lease for a new Sherwin-Williams retail store at 163 Boston Tpke. Sherwin-Williams will be located in the former Mattress Discounters building on Rte. 9 and will have a 5,000 s/f lay-out and 20 parking spaces. Jacobs represented the property owner, Leiser Realty and Atlantic Retail Properties of Boston represented the lessee Sherwin-Williams Co.
