Paul Mulroy of O'Brien Commercial Properties Inc. recently represented Grace International Church in the lease of 3,500 s/f at 229 Stedman St. The current raw space will be built out into a new sanctuary, children classrooms and church offices. Grace will be moving into their new home in February 2011. After many months of looking for a new church location Mulroy was able to find this property that is owned by Kennedy Place Trust.
