Steven Moskowitz of Heritage Corp. recently sold 370 Boylston St., a 4,400 s/f retail condominium building. The two unit structure consisting of two tenants: Asian Collections, a seller of fine Asian art, and King Fung Garden II, a Chinese restaurant, is a brick building with lower levels. There is also a shared parking area for customers. The property, which sold for $875,000, was transferred by Haydeh Panahi as trustee of the Farzin Mojtabi Boylston St. Trust, to 271-273 Corey Rd. Realty Trust. The new owners acquired the property for investment purposes. Moskowitz was the sole broker in the transaction.
