UGL Equis Corp. assists Toshiba Business Solutions in 32,000 s/f lease

Toshiba Business Solutions New England relocated its regional headquarters to 800 Research Dr. The document management company signed a 32,000 s/f long-term lease. 800 Research Dr in Wilmington Technology Park totals 51,936 s/f and is owned by Wakefield Investments. Construction on the building was completed in Nov. and Toshiba is the first tenant to sign a lease. Toshiba was represented by UGL Equis Corp. Cushman & Wakefield of Massachusetts Inc. represented the owner.
