Luers of Tamposi-Nash brokers 335,165 s/f building sale for $8.3m

William Luers, president of The Tamposi-Nash Real Estate Group, Inc., has represented the buyer of 100 Northwest Blvd. The 335,165 s/f building, situated on 38 acres was purchased by Two C Pack Systems, Inc. for $8.3 million. The building was originally constructed in 2003 by Corning Lasertron but was not completed. Two C Pack Systems is a manufacturer of boxes for the consumer product market. Their finishing of the building is expected to be completed in Summer 2008. Luers will act as development manager for Two C Pack Systems for their completion of the building. Aho Construction of New Ipswich, NH, is the construction contractor for the project. Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, Liberty Properties.
