The property was built in 1999 for the owner's distribution company and consist of 5,000 s/f of office space and 10,000 s/f of high bay warehouse. Sweeney represented the seller G.A.M. Realty, LLC and brought the buyer Local Union 99 Realty Corp. to the property. The buyer plans to convert the space to classroom space for their apprenticeship program. Sale price was $1 million.
