Charter Realty & Development Corp. has signed a new W.O.W. Fitness Club at the Foxborough Plaza. Ocean State Job Lot is currently an anchor at the plaza. W.O.W. Fitness Club will be taking 20,000 s/f at the Foxborough Plaza located at 30 Commercial St.(Rte. 140). Charter currently leases or owns over 14.9 million s/f throughout the East Coast.
