Advance Auto Parts is the second largest automotive after market retailer in the U.S. with over 3,300 locations. Tom Fini of the Fini Real Estate Group, Inc. represented the seller, Rockbridge Holdings, LLC and Kenny Sell of Century HBS Realty represented the buyer, Donzi Realty, LLC.
