C&W and Prolman lease 3,500 s/f to Renesys

On behalf of Farley White Manchester, LLC, Cushman & Wakefield completed a 3,500 s/f lease at the Bank of America Building, 1155 Elm St. The office lease marks the relocation of Renesys' headquarters office. Cushman & Wakefield's director Denis Dancoes, executive director Thomas Farrelly and senior associate Sue Ann Johnson represented the landlord. The tenant was represented by Lisa Morrison of Prolman Realty.
