Tecomet, Inc. a leading, manufacturer of engineered medical components, has expanded it's operations and leased 15,800 s/f of manufacturing space located at 185 New Boston St. Courtney Green, vice president of The Begley Companies, brokered the transaction between Tecomet and The Maggiore Development Group. Tecomet has two other locations in Woburn and Wilmington. "It's great to see manufacturing growth in Massachusetts, a good sign for all," said Green
