Lang McLaughry Commercial arranges lease for Benning Street Square

According to Bruce Waters, CCIM, senior broker for Lang McLaughry Commercial, Benning Street Square, Inc. signed a long term lease to Apria Healthcare for space located at 66 Benning St. The new facility has access to I-89 and allows Apria to service the entire Upper Valley market. The new facility was constructed by Trumbull Nelson Construction Co. and represents 3,000 s/f. Lang McLaughry Commercial represented the buildings owner and assisted the tenant in the lease. 66 Benning St. is a mixed use building with other tenants such as Anytime Fitness, Granite State Glass, Dartware and Vermont/New Hampshire VNA.
