The building was constructed in 1987 by the Instant Buttons Manufacturing Company and Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services represented the sellers, Linda and Ralph Caffalette. The buyer is Delta Property Holdings, LLC and was represented by Carl Russell of George J. Smith & Son Realtors of Milford. Located in the Hamden Industrial Park, the property will provide new headquarters for the Delta Tool & Mold Company, an established Hamden business, and the opportunity to stay and expand in Hamden.
