Marc Fishman of Fishman Realty Group facilitated the sale of 1,900 s/f of flexible-use space at 166 Center St. Fishman acted as the buyer's agent for Pinstripes, LLC and also the seller's agent for CN Brown, Inc. The sale price was not disclosed.
