According to Cardente Real Estate, Dunkin' Donuts has leased 1,800 s/f of new construction, build-to-suit drive-thru restaurant space at 104 Pleasant St. This transaction was brokered on behalf of the landlord by Nathan DeLois and Matthew Cardente of Cardente Real Estate.
