Eric Brosler, representing Alprilla Real Estate Holdings LLC in the sale of the 4 acre multi-building industrial site. The buyer, who operates a large landscaping and salting/snow business will occupy a portion of the site. Framingham Cooperative Bank provided the financing for the $1.65 million sale.
