Burgess Properties Inc. has brokered a 2,297 s/f medical office lease at 405 Pearlt St. on behalf of North Suburban Orthopedics to Dr. Ellen J. Malsky MD, who is relocating from Stoneham. Stephen Nohrden of Burgess Properties was the sole broker in the transaction.
