Waldman of Denenberg Realty Advisors brokers $1.625 million sale

Dan Waldman, vice president of Denenberg Realty Advisors, sold a 4,200 s/f retail condo in Kenmore Sq. to Ace Ticket. The building is located at 534 Commonwealth Ave. Ace Ticket purchased the property for $1.625 million. Waldman was the exclusive listing broker for the property. Waldman said, "A perfect owner for a great property. The owner of Ace Ticket recognized how well placed this space was for his business and now he is ready for the Red Sox season and more."
