Tinkham Realty leases to Klemm's Bakery at 297 Derry Road

Tinkham Realty has negotiated a lease at Connie's Plaza at 297 Derry Rd. to Klemm's Bakery of Windhan, a full service bakery specializing in traditional and creative baked goods, cakes, platters, and more. Dave Fraser represented the lessor TPMOH, LLC and assisted the lessee Klemm's Bakery.
