Cordage Commerce Center, formally Cordage Park, has signed new leases and renewals for over 50,000 s/f of space. The newly renovated complex has low vacancies even through the depths of the recession. Located on Rte. 3A, the waterfront complex houses two restored 19th century mill buildings, once part of the thriving Plymouth Cordage Company.
The diverse tenant mix includes Jordan Hospital, UMASS Boston, The United Way, Health South, The Plymouth County Treasurer's Office, Fresenius Dialysis and Senator Therese Murray.
The Medical Offices at Cordage is the fastest growing component of the center, as the medical community is rushing to be in place as the demand in the area soars. Cordage now houses 57 doctors with over 184,000 patient visits per year.
The sandblasted brick, 18' ceilings, exposed wood columns and beams and arched windows provide for very desirable loft office space.
This turnkey space is available on a build-to-suit basis per tenant specifications. They can accommodate users from 1,200 s/f to 23,000 s/f.
