We are engaged primarily in the business of acquiring, developing, managing, and leasing warehouse & distribution facilities and commercial properties throughout Connecticut and in other selected markets throughout the U.S. Our portfolio includes properties in 9 states and 23 cities and consists of over 12 million s/f.
