Tim McNamara and Brian Knowles of Farmington, Conn.-based SullivanHayes Companies, along with Colleen Quinn of Nanuet, N.Y.-based Quinn Commercial Properties, LLC represented The Fresh Market in its second New York location on Rte. 22 at Vernon Place Shops. The team negotiated the 15,545 s/f lease with Boston-based landlord Carpenter & Company and its leasing agent/manager Urstadt Biddle Properties. The location will replace Old Navy and will anchor the recently renovated center. The Fresh Market, headquartered in Greensboro, N.C., is a publicly held upscale grocer with over 100 stores in 20 states.
