Sea Watch Realty, Inc. sold the recently constructed 10,000 s/f two story office building located at 372 North St. Both floors of the new office building were designed to include two 1,560 s/f suites and one 725 s/f suite as well as a common area that includes a foyer, stairwell, elevator and handicapped equipped restrooms. Ken Driscoll of Sea Watch Realty brokered the transaction between the seller, Betts Pond Building Trust, Inc. and the buyer, Job Training & Employment Corp. Assisting in the transaction was Alison Maloney from Realty Executives who represented the buyer. The sale price of the property was $2 million. JTEC, a non-profit organization plans on utilizing the space for training classrooms and administrative offices.
