Panasis of Brady Sullivan Properties leases 31,118 s/f to LightBlocks

Brady Sullivan Properties has leased the remaining first floor space consisting of 31,118 s/f at 164 Burke St. in a long-term transaction to MB Wellington Studio, dba LightBlocks. "We are extremely pleased to have a company with the growth potential of LightBlocks join the Brady Sullivan portfolio of properties," said Charles Panasis of Brady Sullivan, who represented the landlord. The 80,000 s/f building is part of the former Ingersol Rand campus which was fully redeveloped by Brady Sullivan and now has a variety of tenants.
