Paul Mulroy of O'Brien Commercial Properties recently represented ownership, Winco Corporation, in the sale of 15 Alpha Rd. The property was purchase for $755,000. The buyer, Mil-Al Korean Church, will be renovating the space for their new church location for a fall opening. The sale will mark the end of Winco's long tenure as a machine shop that was there for 43 years. The buyer, represented by Bill Pozerycki of Keller Williams, is moving from 275 Billerica Rd., a property which is also represented by O'Brien Commercial Props.
