Ray Kenney of ARC Realty Advisors brokered two new leases at Stateline Plaza on behalf of the owner, Northstar Centers, LLC. Sleepy's has leased 8,000 s/f and Federal Cigar has leased 2,500 s/f. Kenney said, "On behalf of Northstar, we are pleased that we can bring these tenants to Stateline Plaza. We are at nearly 90% leased, but still have a few opportunities for quality retailers." The noted tenants join Shaw's Supermarket, TJ Maxx, Petco, TMobile, Gamestop, CVS as well as other operators.
