The 30,000 s/f facility is sited on a 3 acre lot and was purchased by Robert Casella, a local business owner with a growing business. The seller, Edmund Rene, had outgrown the building and had purchased a larger facility in Somersworth. Peter Billipp represented the seller and procured the buyer.
