In another transaction, Jay Morris and Foote of O,R&L Commercial, LLC completed the sale of a 30,950 s/f retail building at 125 Silas Deane Hwy. in Wethersfield for $400,000. The property was formerly occupied by Porter & Chester Institute which relocated to 30 Waterchase Dr. in Rocky Hill in 2007. Morris represented the seller, Richard D. Wolf & Company LLC. The buyer, Silas Deane Highway 125 LLC, was represented by Foote. The buyer is renovating the building for lease to one or more retail tenants.
