RIBA honors Lynch at board of directors meeting

At the June 7 board of directors meeting, Rhode Island Builders Association president Robert Baldwin presented retiring local director Christine Lynch with a plaque honoring her for her years of service, particularly her decade as co-chair of the association's health insurance committee.
