Acting as exclusive agent, Hart Corporation has sold the former Chase facility located at 70 East Brookfield Rd. to GFI Properties, a full service real estate development company based in Boston. The property sold for $1.35 million. The seller formerly utilized the 73,600 s/f six-building facility on 40.60 acres as a concrete precast operation. The new owner, GFI Properties, will lease the majority of the property to a building products distributor of block and paving materials. Art Ross, SIOR, vice president/partner of Hart Corporation's Northeast regional office was the sole broker for the transaction.
