Trevor Davis, CCIM of Trevor Davis Commercial Real Estate, LLC, brokered the sale of 61 Durant Terrace. The City of Middletown purchased the former St. Sebastian's School for $800,000 from the Saint Sebastian Roman Catholic Church Corp. 61 Durant is a 13,000 s/f updated historic building and a modular building of 2,000 s/f, both located off South Main St./Rte. 17. The city will convert the former school into a senior center and municipal offices. The modular building is the temporary home of the Veterans Museum. Davis was the sole broker in the transaction. Davis also negotiated the sale of a commercial condominium unit at 770 Newfield St. (Rte. 3). The owner, Frances Cruz, sold the unit to 12 Springbrook LLC for $163,000. The 2,100 s/f industrial space will be leased to Geometric Movers. Davis was the sole broker in the transaction. The industrial property is 2,066 s/f.
