United Multi Family (UMF) brokered the sale of a 23 unit apartment building at 1-2 Watson Ave., 37 Barber Ave., and 67 Houghton St. for $1.633 million ($71,000 per unit). Handled by Richard Cawley and Jason Braun of the New England UMF office, the residences were sold by Robert Awad to Hakim Jouki with financing provided by Country Bank. The CAP rate at the time of sale was 9.82% with the property having a gross annual income of $237,780.
