Jim Harnden and Matt Barney of Malone Commercial Brokers handled the transaction. And in a lease in Scarborough, Pawsitively Pets leased 3,000 s/f in the Payne Road Plaza at 456 Payne Rd. Pende Associates, Inc. is the landlord. Mark Malone, CCIM of Malone Comm'l. negotiated the deal.
