According to Brady Sullivan Properties, Seacoast Career Schools, an existing tenant at the Jefferson Mill, has expanded at 670 Commercial St. The expansion of 8,700 s/f into the River Level of the historic mill building has brought Seacoast's total occupancy to over 25,000 s/f. Charles Panasis and Benjamin Kelley of Brady Sullivan worked directly with Seacoast Career Schools that has been at the mill since 2003. "Brady Sullivan is thrilled that we were able to assist this organization with their expansion needs" said Panasis. With over 3.5 million square feet Brady Sullivan Properties is one of the largest mill owners and developers in the region.
