The property which sold for $460,000 is located in a mixed-use area which could be utilized for industrial or commercial. The buyer was a Derby-based investor that purchased the property for future development. The seller was JRD Properties LLC of Waterbury which was represented by attorney Thomas Dufour of New Haven.
